I had the opportunity to work for Qualfon for 20 years and the experience obtained throughout those years, was extraordinary and enriching that allowed me to grow professionally as well as spiritually and as a person, thanks to the leaders I had.  I met people from other cultures and backgrounds and encourage them understand and embrace Qualfon’s Mission. On 7/9/2021, I will have been employed with Qualfon for 9 years. This is the first and only company I’ve had a job with; while I may not have anything to compare my experience to, I can say that I love working for Qualfon for many reasons. I enjoy the opportunities I’ve had with Qualfon. I started as a phone agent, but I’ve also held positions as a quality analyst, trainer, and team leader/supervisor. I’m currently an operations manager and I am going through the certification to become a site director. As a result of these opportunities, it’s clear how much Qualfon invests in its employee’s careers, skills, and futures. This doesn’t even touch on the educational opportunities available through Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, and Rochat – something I plan on enrolling in to finally receive my degree in business administration. I also enjoy the people I work with at Qualfon. I’ve made many friends and everyone approaches work as a team but acts like a family. I plan on continuing to stay with Qualfon for my career! One day when I retire, I’ll be able to proudly say I worked with Qualfon since I was 19 years old. Thank you, Qualfon!

“I’ve been with this company for about 14 years. Over the years I have seen tons of change happen to our organization. The most amazing change happened when we joined the Qualfon family. "In 2007 began my employment with Dialog Direct as an auditor for the Dependent Audit vertical of Customer Support Services, being promoted to Quality Control Analyst after 6 months. Then I transitioned to Program Manager for our inbound call center, which acted as a liaison between clients and the call center operations.

In 2011, Dialog Direct merged with NOVO 1, Inc. followed by DMI, GC Holdings and Allegra Direct. Our VP of Call Center Solutions and Human Resources VP at that time, approached me to partake in a large project to source, recruit and seat 250 call center agents for a large contract that was being seated in the Highland Park location. Shortly after the initial 250 agents were sat, the realization that there was going to be a larger, ongoing need for recruitment efforts transitioning out of utilizing staffing agencies, the Talent Acquisition Team was launched. In 2014 I moved from TA to a Human Resources/Benefits/Payroll hybrid role and subsequently to an HRIS/Benefits/Payroll roll in 2016. In 2020 I was assigned to the Payroll Administration role exclusively, ultimately being promoted to Sr. Payroll Administrator in 2021.

Throughout my tenure at Qualfon/Dialog Direct, I have had the pleasure to work with a plethora of teams and personalities. The most outstanding evolution that has occurred in the culture of the company is cohesiveness. Prior to the merge with NOVO 1, DMI and Allegra Direct, each department operated in a silo. There was no functional communication or collaboration between departments. Each department had their respective tasks and never the two shall meet for enhancement of processes and procedures. Fast forward to present day, Qualfon teams are consistently reviewing ownership in specific tasks and working as a unit to guarantee success for all departments. Personal relationships have flourished. The majority of individual team members hold a high standard in the output of their work and do not hesitate to offer assistance to one another, regardless of department, title or location. This is a company and pseudo family that I am proud to be a part of and cannot wait to see what the future of Qualfon will bring. "
